By default, Attend will automatically mark encounter documentation as deleted after 7 days. If you need to access an encounter that was marked deleted, or if you deleted an encounter by accident, you can follow these steps to restore the encounter within 3 days of when it was deleted.
How to Restore A Recently Deleted Encounter
Navigate to the User Settings Page: Click on your name in the top left hand corner of the screen and then click on "Settings". If you are on mobile, click the button on the top left of the screen to expand the sidebar first.
Data Retention Section: Click the button Restore Deleted Encounters
Select Encounters: Find the recently deleted encounter(s) you want to restore and click the checkbox next to them.
Restore: Click “Restore Selected” to restore the encounters. You should see them appear in the sidebar on the left of the screen. If you are on a mobile device, you can click the button in the top left hand corner of the screen to expand the sidebar.
