What You Can Do

Once your practice has Cerbo connected to Attend, you can:

  • See your daily schedule — your Cerbo appointments appear in Attend so you can start documenting with one click

  • Search for patients — find patients from your Cerbo directory by name or date of birth

  • Pull chart context into your notes — bring in the patient's health profile, recent encounter notes, and documents so Attend can generate better, more informed documentation

  • Send notes back to Cerbo — deliver your finished note to the patient's chart as a new encounter with one click

Getting Started

Your practice administrator handles the initial setup to connect Attend to your Cerbo account. There's nothing you need to install or configure yourself.

The first time you view your schedule or send a note, Attend will automatically link your account to your Cerbo provider profile using your name. For this to work:

  • Your first and last name in Attend should match your provider name in Cerbo

  • Your Cerbo provider account should be active

Good to Know

  • Lab reports come as documents. Structured lab results aren't pulled in separately, but lab reports may appear as downloadable documents you can attach for context.

  • Context is a snapshot. When you pull chart data into Attend, it reflects the patient's chart at that moment. If something changes in Cerbo afterward, you'd need to re-pull to get the update.
