How Your Note Appears in Cerbo

Your note is delivered as the body of a new encounter in the patient's chart. It's organized with clear section headings so it's easy to read.


Template-Based Notes

If you used a custom template in Attend, each section of the template becomes a labeled section in the encounter:

Multiple-choice and checklist responses are shown as their selected labels, so you see the human-readable answer — not codes or IDs.


Your Note Arrives as One Encounter

The entire note is delivered as a single encounter record in Cerbo. It does not get split across Cerbo's charting template sections automatically.
