Sending Notes to Cerbo EHR

After generating and reviewing your note in Attend, you can send it to the patient's Cerbo chart with one click.

How It Works

When you click Send to Cerbo, Attend creates a new encounter in the patient's Cerbo chart containing your full note. The encounter is attributed to you as the provider, with today's date as the date of service.

What Appears in Cerbo

Your note shows up as a new encounter in the patient's chart with:

  • Title — your encounter title from Attend, or the template name

  • Full note text — your complete note, organized by section headings

  • Your name as the owning provider

  • Today's date as the date of service

Before You Send

Make sure:

  • You have the correct patient selected for this encounter

  • Your note has content — either a completed template or SOAP note

  • Your Attend account is linked to your Cerbo provider profile (this happens automatically the first time).

After Sending

You'll see a confirmation in Attend once the note is delivered

The encounter will appear in the patient's chart in Cerbo

You can open Cerbo to review, edit, or sign the encounter as part of your normal workflow

Good to Know

  • The encounter arrives unsigned. You'll sign it in Cerbo as you normally would.

  • You can edit in Cerbo after delivery. If you want to reorganize the note into Cerbo's charting sections or make adjustments, you can do that directly in Cerbo.
